CONCLUSION
Upon review and consideration of all the evidence of record and
specially in light of the contents of enclosure (2 , the Board finds
the existence of an injustice warranting the following corrective
action.

RECOMMENDATION :
That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to
show that:
a. The Petitioner was discharged and reenlisted on 19/20 October
2013, vicé on or about 18/19 May 2014. The term is 4 years.
b. This change will entitle the Petitioner to a zone “A” SRB
with an award level of 2.5 ($60,000 dollar award ceiling) for the
ITS/27XX rate/NEC. Remaining obligated service to 26 October 2013
will be deducted from SRB computation.
c. A copy of this Report of Proceedings will be filed in
Petitioner’s naval record.
